Gameplay
Empire of Sin is a constant methodology game with the player playing the job of a kingpin in the Prohibition time beginning in 1920, one year after the entry of the Eighteenth Amendment, and attempting to oversee Chicago by 1933 (when Prohibition is canceled).
The game beginnings with the player choosing a supervisor character, a few of which are straightforwardly displayed on Prohibition-period hoodlums like Al Capone, Dean O'Banion, and Stephanie St. Clair, while others, like Goldie Garneau, are anecdotal yet take motivation from the time. Each supervisor can shape a "group" of up to 16 subordinates from 60 expected ones to assist with dealing with their realm of criminal rackets, like speakeasies, gambling clubs, and whorehouses, shield them from the law and opponent mafia posses, manage unexpected issues, and work to expand their pack's impact by assuming control over the rackets of different supervisors.
Rackets can be overhauled with money to work on their security, increment their benefits, and better disguise themselves from possible adversaries. Managers should routinely counsel their business records through the in-game menu to follow how well their rackets are working and regardless of whether any changes or updates should be made.
